You must sign our online waiver before you are issued a wristband. Save time at the door by signing it ahead of time.
Shoes and Bare Feet are NOT PERMITTED in the Jump Yard. Everyone bouncing must wear socks.
  • We are designed for elementary school kids 12 & under . For safety, teenagers and adults are not permitted on the inflatables unless they are assisting a small child.
  • Parents must sign this online waiver before wristbands are issued. Please fill it online before you come in. It saves so much time at check out. You only need to fill it out once every 3 years. Click here to sign our online waiver.
  • We do not allow walk-ins. Tickets must be pre-purchased online.
  • MAX 4 open play tickets per person. We do not allow walk-in parties of more than 4 kids. 
  • Open bounce tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable.​
  • ​We are located in Eastlake, Ohio - the North Royalton location is permanently closed.
  • We do not allow outside food or beverages to be brought in except where noted in our birthday party packages.​
  • We reserve the right to limit tickets purchased.

​Open Bounce Admission
  • Bouncer Wristbands - $15 (a "Bouncer" is any child 36"+ and 12 & under) 
  • Jr. Play Wristbands - $5 (a jr. play wristband is any child over 1 year of age and less than 36" - They are welcome to play on our interactive mat or in our special Jump Yard Jr. area. For safety, they are not permitted on the inflatables.)
  • Handheld infants and parents are FREE. 
  • ​Teenagers are welcome to come sit with their parents or play the claw machines, but for the safety of our younger kids they are not allowed on the inflatables. We are designed for elementary school kids 12 & under.

SUMMER POP-UP BARGAIN BOUNCES!

We know times are tough, so we're here to help! Come have some inexpensive fun with our Pop-Up Bargain Bounces! Only $10 per child (adults are FREE)

Check our website every Tuesday at noon to see if any Pop-Up Bargain Bounces have popped up for the week! 

Bargain bounces are an hour and a half. The first hour is regular lighting and the last 30 mins is GLOW! We're even bringing out the Wheel for some extra fun! 

*Strict limit of 4 tickets per person. No daycares or parties.
