There are no age restrictions at The Jump Yard. Guests under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. The only exception is during our Camp Jump and Teen Night where guests are allowed to be dropped off pending a signed waiver.
Adults may help assist small children and even jump themselves on weight appropriate inflatables as long as the Jump Yard Rules of Play are always being adhered to. Safety is always a priority and any jumping privilege is at the sole discretion of the Jump Yard management.
Walk-ins are welcome any time during our Open Play hours. Check our homepage or call ahead as these times are subject to change.
Maintaining a safe and healthy environment for your kids is our top priority. In order to eliminate up to 99.9 percent of most common germs, we sanitize all inflatable surfaces daily. We also spray the entire yard with a kid friendly germ killing solution once a week. In addition to those measures, we also have a “yucky bucket” located in the infant and toddler area so once a child is finished playing with a toy it can immediately be placed in the bucket to be cleaned, sanitized and ready for another child to enjoy!
Comfortable clothing is best. No watches, belt buckles, jewelry or any other sharp objects are allowed. And don’t forget your socks!
Yes! You won’t have a bunch of parents walking around with their small children on their hips at a Jump Yard party. We have a special infant and toddler area designed for small children. This soft play area is tailored to develop imagination as well as provide fun activities that improve motor and social skills.
Due to Ohio law, any child under 36” will be restricted to certain inflatables for their safety.
Yes! $10 per child for groups of 10 guests or more.
A Yard Card can be purchased during any visit and entitles you to 10 admissions for $99. There is no expiration on the card and it can be used for multiple visits and multiple children.
Yes. In order to ensure cleanliness and safety, any guest walking in the play and jumping areas must wear socks. If a guest does not have socks with them, they are available for purchase in our concession area.

No. We have a concession stand available with snack options. The only exception to this is that you are allowed to bring in a cake and/or ice cream cups with a RESERVED birthday party.
Yes! Any food item from our Add On menu can be ordered in advance. We would simply need pre payment and 24 hour notice. View our food add-ons.
Yes! We have Private party rooms for serving up your pizza and cake.

Our Private rooms are designed to hold 25-30 guests. Whatever the party size we can accommodate you and your guests. There is no limit to the amount of guests you want to invite. Additional parent seating can be found on the Parent’s Patio or at the Backyard tables. Additional Private room rental is $50 and is based on availability. See party packages for pricing and additional child cost.
A party host will contact you a few days prior to your event for a final count. This allows us to make any final adjustments to your party package.
We provide all of the plates, napkins, cups and utensils you will need. We also have piñatas and goody bags available for purchase. You can bring in custom birthday items if you wish. They must be limited to plates, napkins, cups, tablecloths and one decorative balloon or centerpiece. No wall décor, streamers or confetti is permitted. Custom parties must be requested at the time of booking.
You are permitted to bring a cake and/or ice cream cups with a RESERVED birthday party only.
You will not need to lift a finger! Our enthusiastic party hosts will set up your room, cut, plate and serve all pizza, cake and beverages, collect, record and pack up all gifts and even load them in your car. They will also organize party games for children who would like to participate and make sure your party stays on schedule!
You will be charged a $50 deposit at the time of booking. You will not be required to pay the remainder of your balance until the day of your party.
Parents and children under 30” are always FREE! Please keep in mind that they will also not be included in your pizza, beverage and seating count.
Everyone, including family members, should arrive 10-15 minutes before the party start time. We need to collect the waivers and get all jumpers equipped with a party wrist band and Yard rules before they start jumping. Please do not arrive any earlier because other parties will be in session.
